Failed... I failed the audition. My line reading was off and my guitar skill was not even Level 2! I stand out the front of my home pouting with the sun blurring my vision. I need to relax and calm down...

"Sulani, here I come!" I shout into the distance.

A few hours later and the salty breeze hits my face. I feel calmed when the waves wash in and out. I feel as if the waves arch over my worries, hold onto them, then wash them all away. I walk further down the side walk and find a small, traditional Sulani home. In front of the home I see a nice-looking girl smiling at me. She seems awfully friendly so I approach her.

"Hello. My name is Tiara Foreman. I am usually in Del Sol Valley but I came here to relax for a bit! And you are..." I say to her.

"I am Liliana Huerta. I'm a Sulani native. Oh yes, I have been to Del Sol Valley before," She replies in a welcoming tone. We chat for a few hours about what life is like in Sulani and Del Sol Valley. I learn that Liliana is unemployed and lives with her husband Malaki, also a Sulani native. I tell her that I failed my first audition and she told me that I can do anything, as long as I believe in myself.

"Liliana! Can you come here please!" A voice yells in the distance.

"Coming Malaki!" Liliana yells back. "Well, that was my husband. I look forward to seeing you again sometime."

"No problem! Nice meeting you. I am going to go swim in the beach now," I reply. We exchange a farewell hug and I jog towards the beach.

I splash through the water and I swim for a little less than an hour. It starts to rain so I decide to get out before it gets too cold. I start heading home but I get a text from Liliana.

"The Humor and Hyjinks festival is on now! Do you want to join me?" The text reads. I reply with a quick 'yes' and start heading to San Myshuno instead.

**********

I arrive at the same time as Liliana and we greet each other with a hug. My warm coat is soft against my skin and my soft hair hangs just below my shoulders. The air smells of the sweet syrup in the bubble blowers surrounding the festival area.

"I am glad that you could make it!" She says with a smile, "Let's go join in with the fun." We enter the festival and register on the 'Pranksters' team. We split off and Liliana goes to the bar, whereas I head straight the the bubble blowers.

I look at all the flavours that I can choose to have. I have never tried a bubble blower before so I decide to try the flavour that is already in the blower. I put my mouth on the yellow plastic part of the straw and suck in the bubble flavour. I only get a small amount but it is absolutely disgusting. I cough and splatter everywhere. I have now vowed to NEVER try a bubble blower again. I walk over to Liliana and order a drink from the bar to wash the taste of the bubble blower from my mouth. After my drink is made, we walk towards the mini fountain and start chatting some more.

We be a bit mischievous and comedic so then we can win as the 'Pranksters'. Liliana eventually encourages me to look at the available auditions. My stomach sinks as I want to keep my mind off my acting career for a day. I realize that if I wish to be famous... I need to constant and persistent with my gigs and auditions. We look at the auditions togethre and find one called Preclinical Pharmaceuticals.

"Look, look, look! I need comedy skill for this one," I say excitedly.

"Aren't you already on Level 3 for that skill?" She replies.

"Yes! Yes, I am... I will sign up now. Surely I will pass that." We both look at our phones. We get a notification saying "Congrats Pranksters. You have won for the night!" We look up at each other and smile.

"Whoop whoop! We won." Liliana laughs.

"And we get prizes!" I say laughing as well.

"Let's go redeem them." We walk towards the 'Pranksters' stall and collect our prizes: 500 simoleons, a Voodoo Doll... and a bunch of fireworks?

"Thanks for a great night out," Liliana says to me.

"Thanks for inviting me out tonight. I might be able to sell my prizes and buy some recording equipment!" I reply. We depart each other with yet another hug.

After selling my prizes (and returning to Del Sol Valley), I got straight to buying some recording equipment. I placed it next to the bathroom... I was wondering what I was going to put there!

I also had some spare cash so I bought a microphone so that I could practise my comedy skill prior to my audition... I am sure that this day will be an amazing one to remember.

Author Notes: Tiara gets her first real friend but doesn't end up passing her audition... She also learnt that trying to get famous, and maintaining fame, means that she needs to be consistent. Tiara will stop at nothing in no situation to become famous.
